        * gtk/gtkwidget.[ch] gtk/gtkwindow.c gtk/gtkinvisible.c:
        Add ::screen-changed signal.

        * gtk/gtkfontsel.c gtk/gtktoolbar.c: Use ::screen-changed
        signal to simplify logic.
