Matthias Clasen 18788c2a86 Remove gtk_widget_get/set_has_surface
These serve no purpose anymore - widgets don't
have surfaces, unless they're a GtkNative.

/**
* SECTION:gtkbin
* @Short_description: A container with just one child
* @Title: GtkBin
*
* The #GtkBin widget is a container with just one child.
* It is not very useful itself, but it is useful for deriving subclasses,
* since it provides common code needed for handling a single child widget.
*
* Many GTK+ widgets are subclasses of #GtkBin, including #GtkWindow,
* #GtkButton, #GtkFrame or #GtkScrolledWindow.
