	* gdk/gdkinput.h, gdk/gdkevents.c (GDK_TYPE_DEVICE): register type
	code for GdkDevice.

	* gdk/gdkcursor.[ch] (GDK_TYPE_CURSOR): register type code for
	GdkCursor.
