        use a different IM context per display.

	* configure.in acconfig.h: Add Xinerama checks from
        multihead branch, changing HAS_XINERAMA => HAVE_XINERAMA.

        * gdk/x11/gdkdisplay-x11.c: HAS_XINERAMA => HAVE_XINERAMA.
