* gdk/gdk.c (gdk_init): use g_atexit() instead of ATEXIT.
* gtk/gtkmain.c (gtk_init): use g_atexit() instead of ATEXIT.
* gtk/gtkobject.c (gtk_object_init_type): use g_atexit() instead of
ATEXIT.
* ltconfig: use GLib's ltconfig which honours lcc.
