Matthias Clasen b4e2ff3da3 Make orientable base classes instantiable
This commit adds constructors for GtkPaned, GtkBox, GtkButtonBox,
GtkRuler, GtkScale, GtkScrollbar and GtkSeparator and makes these
types instantiable.
