Matthias Clasen 66b062a976 Deprecate GtkMessageDialog
It is getting replaced by GtkAlertDialog

This commit only moves the header to deprecated/,
and keeps the implementation in gtk/, since it will
eventually be salvaged into a private, dialog-free
widget.
