	* gtk/gtkcellrenderer.c (gtk_cell_renderer_class_init): 2 new
	signals; is_expander/is_expanded.

	* gtk/gtlcellrendererpixbuf.c: Allow other expanded and closed
	pixbufs.

	* gtk/gtktreeview.c: set above properties.
