Owen Taylor a2524578cd Don't request a new size from the WM if we asked for the same size before

	* gtk/gtkwindow.c (gtk_window_move_resize): Don't request
	a new size from the WM if we asked for the same size
	before and our request was rejected.

	* gtk/gtkwindow.c (gtk_window_configure_event): If
	in response to a request, we get a configure event
	with unchanged dimensions, send a synthetic expose
	since ForgetGravity won't expose our window.

	set the adjustments on resize so that it tries to
