Matthias Clasen 32925cd579 Turn on GSEAL_ENABLE by default
We do this by adding -DGSEAL_ENABLE to the Cflags in the .pc files,
so you can get out of it by adding -UGSEAL_ENABLE after the pkg-config
generated flags.
