	* gtk/gtktreeview.c (gtk_tree_view_start_editing): centralize all
	the editing code

	* gtk/gtkcelleditable.c: Got rid of stop_editing, as there was no
	reason to call it beyond emiting the two signals.

	* gtk/gtkentry.c (gtk_entry_class_init): add "has_frame" property
	to GtkEntry.
