Fix 'fixme check'
The error produced by `make zipup` - but ignored by make - was: ``` ... fixme check makefile_include.mk:448: recipe for target 'zipup' failed make: [zipup] Error 123 (ignored) mkdir -p libtomcrypt-... ```
