widgets: eliminated usage of qttest_p4.prf qttest_p4.prf was added as a convenience for Qt's own autotests in Qt4. It enables various crufty undocumented magic, of dubious value. Add CONFIG+=parallel_test to suspected parallel-safe tests. These tests have passed a parallel stress test on all three of Linux, Mac, Windows. Mark them with CONFIG+=parallel_test to allow CI to run them in parallel, saving time.
