macx-xcode: Change wrapper to write to QMAKESPEC to change mkspec The allows us to remove the custom logic in default_post for finding the plist files, and also fixes issues when the wrapped mkspec had its own feature files. Xcode: Generate scheme manually, instead of letting Xcode do it A scheme is required to be able to run tests through Xcode, even from the command line, but Xcode doesn't auto-generate the schemes until launched as an application. Xcode also auto-generates schemes for all our targets, but we only need one for the primary application target. Make the macx-xcode spec a wrapper around the default spec ... except for MAKEFILE_GENERATOR = XCODE. This means the spec no longer hard-codes g++, and will work regardless of whether the default spec was clang or g++. This require us to set QMAKE_XCODE_GCC_VERSION properly for GCC, so that additional compilation flags passed by Xcode will match the actual compiler used.
