Fix Qt 5 todo issues for QSizePolicy. * Merge the two public ctors. * Use bitflags instead of shifting bits (more readable). * Add autotest * Use int datatype for the "stretch setters". (values out of bounds are clamped) Streaming to QDataStream will still use the Qt 4 format. Set the Qt API level to compatibility mode in all tests. Qt 5.0 beta requires changing the default to the 5.0 API, disabling the deprecated code. However, tests should test (and often do) the compatibility API too, so turn it back on.
