doc: Remove bogus step in font resolution algorithm

This is a left-over from when setFamilies() and setFamily() were
setting two different properties, for compatibility reasons.
There is no longer a special step for the singular family, and the
sentence is also a bit obfuscated, so we just remove it.

The font matching algorithm works as follows:

\li The specified font families (set by setFamilies()) are searched for.
\li If not found, then if set the specified font family exists and can be used to represent
the writing system in use, it will be selected.
