QMetaObjectBuilder: replace index-based for loops with C++11 range-for

...for the recently-introduced std::vector objects
(QVector would detach).

Also, as a drive-by, reorder two comparisons so
the cheaper one is first, twice.

Saves 1700B of text size on GCC 4.9 optimized C++11
AMD64 Linux builds.
