Cocoa: Move window logging to qt.qpa.cocoa.window
Remove QT_COCOCA_ENABLE_WINDOW_DEBUG. Replace/Add logging for window state changes and drawing. The window identifier is now the QWindow (not the platform window) everywhere since this object provides more debug output.
