Re-add documentation for QStandardPaths::GenericDataLocation.

The text was accidentally removed in
1afe110b8f.

Fixes qdoc warning:
qtbase/src/corelib/io/qstandardpaths.cpp:60: warning: Undocumented enum item GenericDataLocation in QStandardPaths::StandardLocation
