qdoc: Ignore QT_MUTEX_LOCK_NOEXCEPT macros

QT_MUTEX_LOCK_NOEXCEPT is defined as Q_DECL_NOTHROW
on Linux, the latter being already ignored by qdoc.
This change ignores also the former, clearing
related documentation warnings.
