Fix QFINDTESTDATA when using cmake ninja generator

The Qt CI does not have ninja, but the autotest can be used for manual

 cd qtbase/tests/auto/cmake
 qmake
 make check
 cd build
 cmake . -DHAVE_NINJA=ON
 ctest -R FINDTESTDATA
