rename QMAKE_SYNCQT_OUTDIR => MODULE_BASE_OUTDIR

a variable name should not reflect the tool which uses it, but its
purpose - especially, as the scope will be extended soon.

this variable is used by webkit, which has a somewhat creative directory
layout.
