CMake: use HostInfo when QT_HOST_PATH is set

HostInfo is used in places whenever QT_HOST_PATH is set, regardless
whether CMAKE_CROSSCOMPILING is set or not. Make sure that HostInfo
is available when QT_HOST_PATH is set.
