Document that -nocrashhandler enables debugging of crashes
It's not clear why an assertion triggered while running a test can't be debugged, while the same assertion triggered while running an application can. Even though this documentation might still not be the place people will look, hopefully having the terms "debugging crashes" here will make it more visible in search results.
