tst_QDoubleValidator::setRangeOverloads(): rename a data row
Two rows shared the same name. They claimed the value used was out of range, but actually that was only true for one of them. The other was in range, but the test reduced the number of digits allowed after the decimal point, thereby making it invalid, so rename that one to reflect this.
