BlackBerry: Prevent superfluous removal of socket notifiers

Browse Source 
File descriptors have always been removed from bps before adding them,
which lead to an annoying warning.
"QEventDispatcherUNIX::registerSocketNotifier()" needs to be called
after "ioEvents()" to prevent this.
