d61e61fa1a uic: Use nullptr instead of Q_NULLPTR in generated code 
nullptr can be used directly in the Qt code since Qt 5.7.
Use it in generated code for consistency.

816a623876 uic: generate translate calls with Q_NULLPTR instead of 0 
uic should use Q_NULLPTR instead of 0 as the default disambiguation
context.
