a SPDX-License-Identifier.
Files that have to be modified by hand are modified.
License files are organized under LICENSES directory.

If you can set the environment variable DEBUG_PRO2CMAKE_TEST_CONVERSION
to 1, the output of pro2cmake is written to the temp directory. This
helps analysing test failures.
