- Replace Q[TRY]_VERIFY(pointer == 0) by Q[TRY]_VERIFY(!pointer).
- Replace Q[TRY]_VERIFY(smartPointer == 0) by
Q[TRY]_VERIFY(smartPointer.isNull()).
- Replace Q[TRY]_VERIFY(a == b) by Q[TRY]_COMPARE(a, b) and
add casts where necessary. The values will then be logged
should a test fail.
Tests from corelib/tools were omitted in this change.

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.
Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead)
Old header.LGPL3 renamed to header.LGPL3-COMM to match actual licensing
combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)
Added new header.LGPL3 containing Commercial + LGPLv3 + GPLv2 license
combination

The existing waitForNotified method has the design limitation that it
doesn't allow the tracking of multiple I/O operations on a single
file handle.
Therefore we introduce an additional method waitForAnyNotified that
returns a pointer to the triggered OVERLAPPED object.

Calling waitForNotified on an uninitialized notifier will print a
warning and return false. The autotest has been adjusted.

tst_QWinOverlappedIoNotifier::multipleOperations starts asynchronous
read and write operations on the same named pipe handle.
The received notifications must contain the right byte count and
OVERLAPPED pointer corresponding to the I/O operation.

When doing multiple I/O operations on the same handle, we get notified
for every operations. These must be distinguished by comparing the
pointer to the OVERLAPPED struct.
We now pass the OVERLAPPED pointer via the notified signal and let the
receiver decide if it wants to handle this notification.

Qt 5.0 beta requires changing the default to the 5.0 API, disabling
the deprecated code. However, tests should test (and often do) the
compatibility API too, so turn it back on.

As in the past, to avoid rewriting various autotests that contain
line-number information, an extra blank line has been inserted at the
end of the license text to ensure that this commit does not change the
total number of lines in the license header.

For asynchronous (overlapped) I/O notification on Windows one
can now use the convenience class QWinOverlappedIoNotifier.
It's using one global I/O completion port and a watching thread to
get notified when a read or write operation completes.
