* If the test-case tests only the deprecated API, but not the

When using the overload of QCoreApplication::processEvents that takes a
maxtime argument, the function will keep processing events until there
are no more events, or until it times out.
The problem is that the function doesn't distinguish between events that
were on the event queue when the function was called, and events generated
by processing events as part of its own execution. If for example a widget
calls update() in its paintEvent, the function will spin for the entire
duration of maxtime.
That doesn't work for qWaitFor, where we need to check the predicate
between each pass, so we use the overload of processEvents that doesn't
take a maxtime. That's fine, as we have our own timeout logic.

The init()/cleanup() code in tst_qfiledialog and tst_qfiledialog2
currently differs and fails to clean up the settings file
since it only removes the legacy settings under the Qt group
and instantiates a new QFileDialog while the QSettings class
is still in scope. Also, it has no means of clearing the
setLastVisitedDirectory(), which causes the
tst_QFiledialog::completer() and tst_QFiledialog::history() tests
to interfere, leaving the settings in an invalid state.
tst_qfiledialog2 does not use QStandardPaths::setTestModeEnabled(().
- Ensure the last visited URL is always clean by
making QFileDialogPrivate::setLastVisitedDirectory()
static and calling it from init().
- Introduce a cleanupSettingsFile() function to the tests that
cleans both groups and call it from initTestCase() and cleanup()
to ensure a clean state.
- Add QStandardPaths::setTestModeEnabled() to tst_qfiledialog2.
Fixes sporadic test fails when executing
tst_QFiledialog::completer() and tst_QFiledialog::history()
in a sequence.

There are more opportunities in QtCore and the rest of Qt to make signals
private instead of public. This is a test-dart to see if there is any
reason not to do this.
It would be nice to make QObject::destroyed private, but as it has a
default argument it would be source incompatible to anyone connecting
to the SIGNAL(destroyed()) instead of SIGNAL(destroyed(QObject*)).
Currently the function-pointer-based connect syntax does not accept
a functor (or lambda) with a different number of arguments than the
signal. Olivier says a fix for that might come in 5.1, but for now
the qfiledialog2 test is changed to not use that anymore.
Also, the function pointer for a private signal can not be assigned to
a local variable, so the qmetamethod test is changed to not do so
anymore.
