Remove the qmake project files for most of Qt.
Leave the qmake project files for examples, because we still test those
in the CI to ensure qmake does not regress.
Also leave the qmake project files for utils and other minor parts that
lack CMake project files.

QHeaderView sorting may be triggered when the user performs
some mouse interactions that should really not result in sorting.
Generally speaking, this happens when the user:
* presses on a non-movable section (A)
* moves on another section (B)
* releases on that section
resulting in B becoming sorted / flipping sorting.
(Non-movable is required, otherwise dragging would cause section moving,
not sorting.)
To make the matter worse, QHeaderView doesn't check that the release
happens within its geometry. This makes sense when moving sections: one
is able to drag a section horizontally/vertically even if the mouse
leaves the QHeaderView.
But when not moving sections, this means that one can
* press on section (A),
* move the mouse anywhere vertically (for a horizontal bar, mut.mut
for a vertical) above or below another section (B), that is,
outside QHeaderView's geometry
* release the mouse
and cause B to be sorted.
Fix it by
1) remembering which one was the section that the user originally
clicked on; that's the only one that can possibly become sorted
(if we're not moving and other conditions hold). No other variable
seemed to remember this.
2) on release, check that it happens within that section's geometry.
If so, sort.

If one clicks on a QHeaderView's section, the header view will
sort the view by the respective column/row. By clicking multiple
times, one is able to toggle the sorting between ascending
and descending. Something that is NOT possible to do however is to
un-sort the view -- that is, to restore the model's original
sorting. This must be done via code, by asking the header or the
view to sort by section -1.
This commit adds new property to QHeaderView to make it possible
to unsort models. Basically, the sort indicator becomes a tri-state:
sort ascending, sort descending, unsort (sort by column -1).
[ChangeLog][QtWidgets][QHeaderView] Added the sortIndicatorClearable
property. Setting this property allows the user to clear the sort
indicator on a section, resetting the model to its default ordering.

QChar should not be convertible from any integral type except from
char16_t, short and possibly char (since it's a direct superset).
David provided the perfect example:
if (str == 123) { ~~~ }
compiles, with 123 implicitly converted to QChar (str == "123"
was meant instead). But similarly one can construct other
scenarios where QString(123) gets accidentally used (instead of
QString::number(123)), like QString s; s += 123;.
Add a macro to revert to the implicit constructors, for backwards
compatibility.
The breaks are mostly in tests that "abuse" of integers (arithmetic,
etc.). Maybe it's time for user-defined literals for QChar/QString,
but that is left for another commit.

constructors from integral types are now by default explicit.
It is recommended to use explicit conversions, QLatin1Char,
QChar::fromUcs4 instead of implicit conversions. The old behavior

We want to re-enable Android tests in QTQAINFRA-3867. However,
many tests are failing already preventing that from happening.
QTBUG-87025 is currently keeping track (links) to all of those
failing tests.
The current proposal is to hide those failing tests, and enable
Android test running in COIN for other tests. After, that try
to fix them one by one, and at the same time we can make sure
no more failing tests go unnoticed.

Remove QDestopWidget public header, simplify the implementation that
maintains a Qt::Desktop type QWidget for each QScreen, and turn
QWidget's initial target screen into a QScreen pointer.
QApplication::desktop() now takes an optional QScreen pointer, and
returns a QWidget pointer, so that applications and widgets can get
access to the root widget for a specific screen without having to
resort to private APIs.
QDesktopWidgetPrivate implementations to look up a screen for an index,
widget, or point are now all inline functions that thinly wrap
QGuiApplication::screens/screenAt calls. We should consider adding those
as convenience APIs to QScreen instead.
Note that QWidget::screen is assumed to return a valid pointer; there is
code that handles the case that it returns nullptr (but also code that
trusts that it never is nullptr), so this needs to be defined, verified
with tests, and asserted. We can then simplify the code further.

When calculating the header section size based on its contents when a
stylesheet is used, the size hints from the stylesheet are used. In case
if the stylesheet specifies only one of the sizes, the other is set to
-1. Because of this the actual content size is ignored.
The solution is to calculate the size based on the application style, in
case if it's not specified in the stylesheet.

For tst_QFrame and tst_QOpenGLWidget, force scaling off
since they do screen captures which would fail with
scaling activated due to different device pixel ratios.
For tst_QGraphicsItem and tst_QHeaderView, force
scaling on for Windows since some tests otherwise fail
due to violation of the minimum size constraints of
framed windows on Windows.
The tests will then pass regardless of any environment
setting of the scaling variables on a developer
machine.

If columns are removed and we get notified via layoutChanged, the code
tries to restore old section sizes, and went out of bounds, leading to
an assert in QVector. Simply add an if() to skip restoring out-of-bounds columns.

which translates into the unittest that is part of this commit.

it's using deprecated reset() model that we don't support anymore since
"this is Qt6", so include the 2 lines in the code.

tst_QHeaderView::defaultSectionSizeTest() fails on High-DPI screens
because the default minimum section size is greater than the values used
for testing the header sizes. Therefore the test will fail.
Fix it by explicitly setting the minimum header size to something
smaller than the test values.
Also add a debug line to output the default minimum section sizes so
other failures due to this problem can be debugged better.

QHeaderView::initializeSections() was calling updateHiddenSections()
with wrong parameters which lead to an inconsistency in the hidden
section handling.
updateHiddenSections() needs the first and last index which got removed.
Therefore we must pass the new section count for logicalFirst.

The min/max section size was not checked when setting the default
section size. This was an oversight when the check for min/max section
size was added to resizeSection().

Fixing some issues that could cause intermittent or environment-dependent
failures. One kind regards the use of multiple QTest::mouseMove()
calls in sequence internally using the QCursor API, causing timing
dependent failures. Switching to the override that does not require the
QCursor API, where possible. Other test could fail depending on the size
of the screen.

should be sent to that. However in the case of there not being a parent
then the event should be sent to the QHeaderView itself.
