This patch renames some of the manual test by prefixing them with
tst_manual_ to make sure they are unique in the project structure. This
is a requirement for the CMake port.

Qt 5.0 beta requires changing the default to the 5.0 API, disabling
the deprecated code. However, tests should test (and often do) the
compatibility API too, so turn it back on.

QNetworkInterface::IsUp means the interface is up, but not necessarily
connected. QNetworkInterface::IsRunning means the interface is up and
connected.
