c82ab86cea New proxy model: QConcatenateTablesProxyModel 
It takes multiple source models and concatenates their rows into a single model.

With full unit tests.

[ChangeLog][QtCore] New class QConcatenateTablesProxyModel, to
concatenate the rows from multiple source models.
