Use the new qtConfig macro in all pro/pri files.
This required adding some feature entries, and adding
{private,public}Feature to every referenced already existing entry.

LIBS_PRIVATE is more correct (these shouldn't be part of the public API),
and additionally, using LIBS_PRIVATE also ensures these libraries come last
on the link command, which fixes builds using -Wl,--as-needed.

When built without fontconfig support, the basic unix font database
relies on fonts installed in libs/fonts to populate the database.

QtPlatformSupport is a static library. Platform plugins are meant to
link against this library to pull in dependencies such as fontengines
and convenience functions for finding the right GL configs. The linker
will only pull in the symbols used, so the size of the library doesn't
really matter
