- Add view to contentView, to allow checking parent view interaction

Focus the test on embedding QWindow: Remove the
NSToolBar code. Use standard NSApplication startup
code. Use winId() to access the NSView instead of
QPlatformNativeInterface (which is gui-private).
Rename Window -> RasterWindow.
