fb1b20eab3 Add license headers to cmake files
CMakeLists.txt and .cmake files of significant size
(more than 2 lines according to our check in tst_license.pl)
now have the copyright and license header.

Existing copyright statements remain intact

251033fb0a CMake: Work around build rpath issue when CMAKE_STAGING_PREFIX is set
CMake has logic to rewrite build rpaths that contain
CMAKE_STAGING_PREFIX to instead point to CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX.

This breaks running executables from the build directory, because
their build rpath will point to a location where the libraries might
not exist yet (we didn't install Qt yet).

Work around this by setting CMAKE_STAGING_PREFIX to a fake path, so
that CMake does not do the rewriting anymore.

CMAKE_STAGING_PREFIX needs to be set at subdirectory scope, not
function scope, which is why
qt_internal_apply_staging_prefix_build_rpath_workaround() is a macro
that is called from within each Qt internal function that creates
a target.

The workaround can be disabled by configuring with
-DQT_NO_STAGING_PREFIX_BUILD_RPATH_WORKAROUND=ON

The downside of this workaround is that it breaks per-subdirectory
install rules like 'ninja src/gui/install'.
Regular global installation like 'ninja install' works fine.

This is similar to what we do for tests in
qt_set_up_fake_standalone_tests_install_prefix()
introduced by 20292250d4
The reason it's not as good for other target types is because in
contrast to tests, we do want to install them.

In case if someone does call `ninja src/gui/install' they will most
likely get a permission error, telling them it's not possible to
install into
/qt_fake_staging_prefix/

8254ee6a3b CMake: Fix implementation of qt_apply_rpaths
There were a few things that were not ported correctly.

Make sure to disable rpath manipulation if the rpath feature is
disabled.

Fix if(IS_ABSOLUTE) conditions to actually take values.

Don't embed bogus relative rpaths if the platform does not support
it. QNX is such a platform, it does not support $ORIGIN (at least from
my scouring of QNX documentation and manual testing via QEMU).

Handle the extra rpath case where they are relative, but the platform
does not support relative rpaths, by transforming them into absolute
ones.

099e0fff61 CMake: add support for GNU/Hurd
Add a "HURD" CMake platform specification, so it can be properly
checked in the build system.

Set QT_DEFAULT_MKSPEC to the existing hurd-g++ mkspec.

Hurd supports $ORIGIN in RPATH, so enable it.

Hurd uses X11, so add it to the X11_SUPPORTED list.

Enable few more feature checks that apply to Hurd as well: either
because they are provided by GNU libc itself, or because they are
implemented on Hurd.

Check and set the ELF interpreter, as it is a common functionality of
the GNU toolchain.

4333bfd9d8 Move the framework related information to the common function
Since the information about framework is performed in multiple places
it's quite hard to control its consistency. This moves the obtaining
of framework related information to the common function and adjusts
the use of the information across the repo.

fadd87ed15 Add Solaris support in cmake build
Add SOLARIS cmake platform definition.
Add settings for QT_DEFAULT_MKSPEC so that qplatformdefs.h can be found.
Solaris has its gssapi symbols in libgss.
Solaris supports @ORIGIN.

Solaris ld does not support --dynamic-list needed for reduce relocations.
Make solaris fail the reduce relocation test.

getauxval is specific to GNU libc and some other libc implementations on
Linux but sys/auxv.h is not. The bootstrap uses sys/aux.h as the only
indication for getauxval. This breaks builds on Solaris, so only make
sys/auxv.h an indicator for getauxval on linux or glibc based systems.

Solaris uses X11 so add it to the X11_SUPPORTED list.

Solaris network libraries for sockets etc are in socket and nsl.
ifreq does not have a member ifr_ifindex on Solaris, it uses
ifr_index. Add test to check if ifr_index is a member of ifreq.
The first struct in the in_addr union on solaris is defined as four
uint8_t, therefore four arguments are needed for its initializer list.

abf7239541 CMake: Apply $ORIGIN style rpaths for non-prefix builds as well
This works around linking issues when doing yocto non-prefix Qt
builds, because CMake does not add -rpath-link flags even though it
probably should.

3247f01c5e CMake: Fix qt_apply_rpaths not erroring out when no target is given
I accidentally noticed the message in a CI job, but it didn't fail the
build because the FATAL_ERRO was considered as another text token to
print, instead of a command keyword.

44cce1a2ea CMake: Split QtBuild.cmake into smaller files
QtBuild.cmake is huge. Split it.

Move module, plugin, tools, executables and test related functions out
of QtBuild.cmake into separate files.
Do the same for many other things too.

An additional requirement is that all the new Helpers files only
define functions and macros.
No global variable definitions are allowed, nor execution of commands
with side effects.

Some notes:
qt_install_qml_files is removed because it's dead code.

Some functions still need to be figured out, because they are
interspersed and depend on various global state assignments.
