ultrix and reliant have not seen a release since 1995. dgux not since
2001. bsdi not since 2003. irix not since 2006. osf not since 2010.
dynix... unclear, but no later than 2002. symbian needs no mention.
All considered obsolete, all gone.
sco and unixware are effectively obsolete. Remove them until someone
expresses a real need.

Remove the member variable and instantiate only where needed
on the stack to prevent it from interfering with windows created
by other tests.
Remove flag Qt::X11BypassWindowManagerHint as it does not seem
to have any effect.

Given the flakyness of cursor positioning, loosen the check to only verify
that the cursor is outside the window. The hint is only active on Windows
depending on a system setting.

Don't cast a QDialog to a subclass it is not.
Fix by creating it as the required subclass in the
first place.

A dialog embedded into QGraphicsView has Qt::WA_DontShowOnScreen set
(similar to a native dialog). It must not trigger the modal handling
though as not to lock up.

They didn't show up in the "old" CI runs because they usually pass the second
time they are executed - which the testrunner does. The new CI doesn't do that
anymore, instead we now mark those tests explicitly and will track their record
of passing and failing in the new metrics database.

QCursor::setPos with Cocoa integration is calling CGEventPost. Some time is required
before the cursor position is really set, so we can not immediately call QCOMPARE.

When a dialog was parented on a native child widget,
its window handle was used as a transient parent.
This confused QPlatformWindow::initialGeometry() among
other things. Use top level window as is in Qt 4.

Using show() might result in showFullScreen() on some platforms,
so let's use setVisible(true) which has the same effect and seems
to be a more crossplatform solution.

Since QPlatformTheme covers all dialogs whereas QPlatformDialogHelper is
really only for the native dialogs then the SnapToDefaultButton hint is
moved as it has relevance for all dialogs

Qt 5.0 beta requires changing the default to the 5.0 API, disabling
the deprecated code. However, tests should test (and often do) the

These tests have passed a parallel stress test on all three of Linux,
Mac, Windows. Mark them with CONFIG+=parallel_test to allow CI to run
them in parallel, saving time.

- Rename posFromMove to posIncludesFrame in Widgets and
make the handling more fine-grained; try to clean it up
as soon as the frame margins are known
in QWidgetPrivate::fixPosIncludesFrame().
- Implement QWidgetPrivate::updateFrameStrut().
- Windows: Handle posIncludesFrame in window creation,
notify changed geometry after setting window flags.
- XCB: Do not change the window gravity in propagateSizeHint()
as this causes the window to jump around. Determine
the gravity in window creation, leave it constant and
fix the geometry when setting instead.
- Store the normal geometry when maximize/fullscreen
state change events are received.
- Remove xfails from fixed tests

When destroying a window immediately after showing it, we can sometimes
provoke a crash in Cocoa after the show-window-animation has finished
(which appears to assume that the window's view will always be valid).
Prevent the crash by not removing the view from the window. When
recreating a window, we explicitly release the old window, but we do not
release the view, so we can freely add it to the new window (i.e. this
does not introduce new bugs related to recreating the platform window).
