Add all the available QPrinter options to the QPrintDialog manual test
to allow for testing presets.

dbb6b58abe QPrintDialog - Convert manual test to .ui file 
Convert the manual print dialogs test to use a ui file as subsequent
changes will add a lot more widgets.
