It might have been fixed in the three years since it was marked
insignificant, and we can't investigate the crash while it's not
tested.

header file is a convenient staging area for helper APIs, eventually
some could be moved to public QTest API.
This header file utilizes the same pattern as other qtestlib header
files - wrapping functions with QT_${LIBNAME}_LIB to automatically
enable certain APIs based on what is in the projects dependencies,
e.g. QT += widgets.

They didn't show up in the "old" CI runs because they usually pass the second
time they are executed - which the testrunner does. The new CI doesn't do that
anymore, instead we now mark those tests explicitly and will track their record
of passing and failing in the new metrics database.

- Remove irrelevant test subdirs via .pro files
- Follow WinCE codepaths where applicable
- Replace unsupported Win32 APIs with WinRT equivalents
This does not aim to fix any failures in the tests themselves; it only
makes them compile.

Qt 5.0 beta requires changing the default to the 5.0 API, disabling
the deprecated code. However, tests should test (and often do) the
compatibility API too, so turn it back on.

To increase the effective test coverage, this patch
re-enables the tst_qlistview test case as such, and
instead disables only the test functions that are currently
failing in CI.

qttest_p4.prf was added as a convenience for Qt's own autotests in Qt4.
It enables various crufty undocumented magic, of dubious value.
Stop using it, and explicitly enable the things from it which we want.
