Replace the current license disclaimer in files by
a SPDX-License-Identifier.
Files that have to be modified by hand are modified.
License files are organized under LICENSES directory.

ScreenGadget visualizes virtual desktop screen layout,
in device independent and native pixels.
This can be used to debug the (sometimes surprising)
device independent screen geometry resulting from Qt
applying a scale factor.
