Subdir for demos/demos.pro is 'demos', not 'examples'.

e17c87df9c qt_parts.prf: fixed examples, tests, tools always disabled 
exists() resolves the path relative to qmake's current working
directory, which is mkspecs/features.  Explicitly refer to the full
path.
