qt-module-defaults-online.qdocconf includes online-specific overrides
for some of the documentation macros. This needs to happen also in
the commercial template to have equivalent behavior.

- Set base URL path to /qt

style of qt.io site.
Update the url variable for Qt modules to point
to doc.qt.io/qt-5/.
