Tony Sarajärvi	9909ff108e	Fix blacklisting of tst_QOpenGL in Windows ... Commit ba1b73175b tried blacklisting this autotest in Windows 7 only. This however does not work. We can't pin point blacklisting to a specific Windows version. Simon Hausmann	f3939d943e	Blacklist and skip various tests that are flakey ... They didn't show up in the "old" CI runs because they usually pass the second time they are executed - which the testrunner does. The new CI doesn't do that anymore, instead we now mark those tests explicitly and will track their record of passing and failing in the new metrics database.
