fa67cd0334 Use boolean to indicate QTableWidgetItem is header item
QTableWidgetItem uses additional enum flag ItemIsHeaderItem which has
the same numerical value as ItemFlag ItemNeverHasChildren.
This causes conflict since the user can set the latter flag using
the setFlags, while the ItemIsHeaderItem is only used internally
to mark header items.

Remove the additional flag and use boolean instead to fix the conflict.

1c6bf3e09e Port from container::count() and length() to size() - V5
This is a semantic patch using ClangTidyTransformator as in
qtbase/df9d882d41b741fef7c5beeddb0abe9d904443d8, but extended to
handle typedefs and accesses through pointers, too:

    const std::string o = "object";

    auto hasTypeIgnoringPointer = [](auto type) { return anyOf(hasType(type), hasType(pointsTo(type))); };

    auto derivedFromAnyOfClasses = [&](ArrayRef<StringRef> classes) {
        auto exprOfDeclaredType = [&](auto decl) {
            return expr(hasTypeIgnoringPointer(hasUnqualifiedDesugaredType(recordType(hasDeclaration(decl))))).bind(o);
        };
        return exprOfDeclaredType(cxxRecordDecl(isSameOrDerivedFrom(hasAnyName(classes))));
    };

    auto renameMethod = [&] (ArrayRef<StringRef> classes,
                            StringRef from, StringRef to) {
        return makeRule(cxxMemberCallExpr(on(derivedFromAnyOfClasses(classes)),
                            callee(cxxMethodDecl(hasName(from), parameterCountIs(0)))),
                        changeTo(cat(access(o, cat(to)), "()")),
                        cat("use '", to, "' instead of '", from, "'"));
    };

    renameMethod(<classes>, "count", "size");
    renameMethod(<classes>, "length", "size");

except that the on() matcher has been replaced by one that doesn't
ignoreParens().

a.k.a qt-port-to-std-compatible-api V5 with config Scope: 'Container'.

Added two NOLINTNEXTLINEs in tst_qbitarray and tst_qcontiguouscache,
to avoid porting calls that explicitly test count().

826765f654 Select a single range of cells in QTableView, away from merged cells
- when there is no intersection between the current selection and the
  spans collection, get ranges for all cells, just as if no span exists
- when there is an intersection between the current selection and the
  spans collection, get separate ranges for each cell (as before)

This fixes the regular case of selecting multiple non-spanned cells
after some cells are merged (get a single range for all cells instead of
separate range for each cell). However, when selecting together a group
of spanned and non-spanned cells, you still get a separate range for
each cell. But this is normal behavior in similar applications; for
example in LibreOffice, you cannot select and merge spanned and
non-spanned cells: an error dialog tells you that it's not allowed.

96c27eb710 QList/Table/TreeWidgetItem: Allow reseting values by passing the default value
The convenience functions setBackground(), setForeground() and
setSizeHint() a default constructed value as 'reset'. This means a
default constructed QBrush or QSize is returned in the data() function
which leads to an unexpected background or forground color or size hint.
Therefore check if the passed value is a default constructed value and
set an empty QVariant instead which.

[ChangeLog][QtWidgets][ItemViews] The convenience views
QList/Table/TreeWidgetItem now treat a default constructed QBrush or
QSize as an empty QVariant which allows to reset the values set to it's
default values.

3e59a88e89 QAbstractScrollArea: fix sizeHint when widget is not visible
QTable/QTreeView did not follow the documentation and returned
their needed size with scrollbars within viewportSizeHint().
Then sizeHint() also took the size of the scrollbars into account
when the policy was set to ScrollBarAlwaysOn.
This lead to different results when the widget was shown/hidden and/or
the scrollbar was visible or not.
Fix it by only adding the additional size when the scrollbars are
really visible. Also use header->isHidden() instead of isVisible() in
QTreeView the same way it is done in QTableView.

[ChangeLog][QtWidgets][QAbstractScrollArea] QTableView/QTreeView are
now reporting their viewportSizeHint() correctly taking into account
its scroll bars visibility and visibilityPolicy.

3c449f7da5 Fix selected items after sorting in QTableWidget
OldPersistentIndexes store selected items during sort operation. They
were wrongly taken from static list of indexes. This change takes them
from parent (QTableWidget) who maintains the list of selected segments.

ItemIsTristate only makes sense in tree widgets, where it triggers the
auto-tristate behavior between parents and children.

83a5694dc2 Update copyright headers
Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.

Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead)

Old header.LGPL3 renamed to header.LGPL3-COMM to match actual licensing
combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)

Added new header.LGPL3 containing Commercial + LGPLv3 + GPLv2 license
combination

ee17adebd2 Implement QTableWidget/QListWidget::mimeData()
For some reasons lost in history, those methods simply ignore
the list of items passed to them, and always return NULL.
Of course, that's totally broken. Fix that by doing the same thing
that the respective (hidden) models did when calling mimeData().

Surprisingly enough, QTreeWidget has a proper implementation.
