This will allow us to drop gtk2 support from qtbase in future,
while still providing the gtk2 style for those who want to use it.
Also with moving to qtstyleplugins, the code can be simplified
because we can directly link to libraries we need, instead of using
QLibrary.
[ChangeLog][QtWidgets] Remove QGtkStyle, it is now provided in
qtstyleplugins repository.

Including /usr/include and lib can cause cryptic failures if there is
already a Qt installed to /usr.
Having standard locations listed should not be necessary at all.

Device specific compiler flags need to go to QMAKE_CFLAGS, so that
they are used also when --force-debug-info is used. Removed separate
_DEBUG and _RELEASE, since the gcc-base provides same defaults.

Now arm specific -mfloat-abi flag is added to compiler flags
only for arm architecture in linux_arm_device_post.conf.
