This patch updates the internal color precisions of solids and
gradients to 16bit per color. This makes it possible to render
at higher precision on non-premultiplied ARGB32, the RGB30
formats and any other hi-color formats if more are added.
[ChangeLog][QtGui][Painting] Internal precision of solids and gradients
is now up to 16bit per color.

The testdata needs to be in a qrc to be available on Android.
Note that a single test will still fail. Since this requires
a platform-independent fix, it will be committed separately.

this is much more elegant than the so far propagated !isEmpty(QT.foo.name).
also replace feature-specific tests (no-gui and no-widgets) and the
obsolete contains(QT_CONFIG, foo) syntax.

Qt 5.0 beta requires changing the default to the 5.0 API, disabling
the deprecated code. However, tests should test (and often do) the
compatibility API too, so turn it back on.

removed printsupport tests for wince as there
is no print support on wince and removed the special
handling for wince from 4.8 on some tests as the dependent
modules are not part of qt base anymore

These tests have passed a parallel stress test on all three of Linux,
Mac, Windows. Mark them with CONFIG+=parallel_test to allow CI to run
them in parallel, saving time.

Cached font was used regardless of the format, resulting in incorrect
advance in some cases when default format differed from the cached
format.

qttest_p4.prf was added as a convenience for Qt's own autotests in Qt4.
It enables various crufty undocumented magic, of dubious value.
Stop using it, and explicitly enable the things from it which we want.
