Since the dx tool has moved in the SDK, we need to update our copy of it to also search in the new location for dx.jar. Ray Donnelly	b8c355bad2	Android: Enable the java feature on Windows. ... There is a bug in dx.bat in the Google Android SDK tool where relative paths do not work correctly.
