Remove Windows CE-specific files, #ifdef sections for Q_OS_WINCE and wince
.pro file clauses in library, examples and tests.

1. Use qrc for test data so that it can be found on all platforms.
2. Skip a test which does not work on platforms where show() implies
showMaximized(), as it depends on the window size being 150x150.
3. Skip test for hover event which depends on having a valid
mouse cursor position.
4. Skip a couple of tests that fail on some Android devices.
It's not worth spending a lot of time investigating this at the
moment.

- Remove irrelevant test subdirs via .pro files
- Follow WinCE codepaths where applicable
- Replace unsupported Win32 APIs with WinRT equivalents
This does not aim to fix any failures in the tests themselves; it only
makes them compile.

Qt 5.0 beta requires changing the default to the 5.0 API, disabling
the deprecated code. However, tests should test (and often do) the
compatibility API too, so turn it back on.

MinGW installations on case-sensitive filesystems expect
lowercase names of include-libraries and (usually) include
files.
When crosscompiling on Debian 6 (targeting MS Windows) linking
fails because mingw is looking for non-existent include-libraries.
Using lowercase names solves this.

Marked a bunch of tests insignificant, and skipped one crashing test
case in QApplication test, as that couldn't be made to pass simply by
marking the test insignificant.
Once the underlying issues are fixed, the tests need to be re-enabled.

To increase the effective test coverage, this patch
re-enables the tst_qgraphicsscene test case as such, and
instead disables only the test functions that are currently
failing in CI.

- Make Q_WS_QPA-#ifdefed sections the default in the code

qttest_p4.prf was added as a convenience for Qt's own autotests in Qt4.
It enables various crufty undocumented magic, of dubious value.
Stop using it, and explicitly enable the things from it which we want.
