Jo Asplin	dad925a1ce	Re-enabled tst_qdialog Commit `0fd8514a57` ensured that the showAsTool test function is now properly QSKIP'ed for platforms where it is always known to fail. This change re-enables the test case as a whole so that the passing test function may actually catch real Qt bugs again (without being ignored by CI). Rohan McGovern	6b29e881cd	widgets: eliminated usage of qttest_p4.prf qttest_p4.prf was added as a convenience for Qt's own autotests in Qt4. It enables various crufty undocumented magic, of dubious value. Stop using it, and explicitly enable the things from it which we want.
