5a235da270 tst_QTcpSocket: fix disconnectWhileLookingUp
... and unblacklist it on Windows.

From what I can tell there is no particular reason why this test fails
other than that it is a little too slow sometimes (these things happen).

So, to fix the test I bumped the timeout, but to avoid the test running
for longer on every test-run it now also ends when the socket enters
the "Unconnected" state.

Previously it failed 171/500 times, and after this patch it failed
0/1000 times.

19b0ce5daa Change almost all other uses of qrand() to QRandomGenerator
The vast majority is actually switched to QRandomGenerator::bounded(),
which gives a mostly uniform distribution over the [0, bound)
range. There are very few floating point cases left, as many of those
that did use floating point did not need to, after all. (I did leave
some that were too ugly for me to understand)

This commit also found a couple of calls to rand() instead of qrand().

This commit does not include changes to SSL code that continues to use
qrand() (job for someone else):
  src/network/ssl/qsslkey_qt.cpp
  src/network/ssl/qsslsocket_mac.cpp
  tests/auto/network/ssl/qsslsocket/tst_qsslsocket.cpp

supported, drop some unused includes, and fix some tests that were

aeb36d5292 QAbstractSocket: ensure bind()+connect() works on delayed close
While connecting, the socket goes through the HostLookupState. In
this state, the socket engine is not yet created, unless the socket
had previously been bound. When it has been bound, we should keep
the socket engine even if the user initiates a delayed close by
using the write()+close() sequence.

cddb344f3e QSslSocket: reset connection parameters on disconnect
Otherwise socketDescriptor(), localPort(), localAddress(), peerPort(),
peerAddress(), and peerName() remain uncleared until close() is called.

This could take place when the connection is closed by the remote
endpoint or the user calls disconnectFromHost(). After disconnecting,
connection parameters are no longer valid, while I/O device is still
opened and may have pending data for reading. Usually, the user reads
all incoming data and closes the device independently.

6b6955c2ff QAbstractSocket: do not enable read notifications on TCP in bind()
In bind+connect scenario, rejected connection can trigger a read
notification while the socket is opened. But unlike UDP, reading from
the socket engine or emitting a readyRead() signal is not allowed for
the TCP socket in bound or connecting state.

To make a bind+connect scenario work properly, disable the read
notifications until a connection is established.

9fb68a90af Fix bind+connect in both TCP and UDP
This has been known to be broken for a while. Now it works: you can bind
and you'll retain the port (and the file descriptor) for the connect
call. Incidentally, in fixing the binding for more than one IP for the
hostname (with event loop), this commit fixes the setSocketDescriptor
XFAIL.

[ChangeLog][QtNetwork] Fixed a bug that caused both QTcpSocket and
QUdpSocket to close the socket and lose any bound ports before
connecting. Now bind()/setSocketDescriptor() followed by connect() will
retain the original file descriptor.

cd582f8410 Add QT_NO_PROCESS guards in tests where they are missing
A handful of tests lack QT_NO_PROCESS guards, making them non-compilable
on Qt builds with no QProcess support. This commit does not change
QProcess-specific tests, which should be left out of the build using the
.pro file mechanism.

the SSL tests not being executed.
This can be reverted once QTBUG-29972 is fixed.

f052ee467d Fix MinGW/gcc warning about NOMINMAX being redefined
Commit 5230d62fe added a #define NOMINMAX, which conflicts with a
NOMINMAX definition in the MinGW headers. Just use the same definition
as in MinGW to fix the gcc warning.

79b742b7e0 QtNetwork: use nullary version of qRegisterMetaType<T>("T")
Using the nullary version has the advantage that multiple calls
during a program run are much more efficient, since an inlined
atomic is used to store the result. It also ensures that
Q_DECLARE_METATYPE(T) has been used, whereas qRegisterMetaType<T>("T")
will happily register anything. So I've added the macro where it
was missing, or moved it to a central place when it existed
hidden.

In tst_qnetworkreply, this became a bit tricky, because a private
header is conditionally included, so moved the Q_DECLARE_METATYPE()
into a conditional section, too.
